Work that reaches a real community.
We are growing as our lead HCM candidate moves through late-stage development, and we are hiring people who want their work to matter.
Why here
A small company with a large purpose.
Late-stage development is a team effort, and it is the most consequential stretch of a medicine's life. As EYEAM carries its lead cardiac myosin inhibitor through global clinical development, we are looking for people who want to spend their working hours on something specific and worth doing.
Because we advance a single programme, your work is never abstract or far from the point. There is one disease to understand, one mechanism to get right, and one community of patients on the other side of the effort. If a focused, mechanism-driven cardiovascular mission resonates with you, we would like to meet you.
Where we grow
The kinds of work a late-stage programme needs.
We hire against the needs of the programme rather than to fill an org chart. These are the areas where a focused, late-stage company builds.
- AClinical development
- Physicians and scientists who design the studies, interpret the data, and steward the medical strategy that carries a candidate through late-stage trials and toward review.
- BClinical operations
- The people who run trials in the real world, coordinating sites, investigators and vendors across countries so that a global study holds together and stays on course.
- CBiometrics and data
- Statisticians, data managers and programmers who turn trial conduct into evidence that can be trusted, and who keep the analysis as rigorous as the science it serves.
- DRegulatory and quality
- Specialists who translate a programme into the language of regulators, hold it to exacting standards, and prepare the path toward a potential submission.
- EMedical and patient engagement
- Colleagues who connect the science to clinicians and to the community of patients and caregivers the work is ultimately for, with accuracy and care.
We do not always have a formal opening posted for every area above, and we would still like to hear from strong people whose experience fits the mission. Tell us where you think you would add the most, and we will be candid about where the programme is and is not hiring. Reach us at careers@eyeam.tech.
What we look for
Depth, candour and staying power.
A focused company depends on people who are comfortable going deep on one thing rather than skimming across many. We value colleagues who say clearly what they know and do not know, who hold their own work to a high standard, and who can keep at a hard problem over the years a cardiovascular programme actually takes.
Titles matter less to us than judgement. We would rather work with someone who understands the programme in depth and tells the truth about it than with someone whose resume is broader but whose attention is thinner.
Bring your whole attention to one thing that matters.
